Our Return and Refund policy
WHAT IS OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
Products are only valid for returns or exchanges for those who received the product with any kind of damage, defect, or discrepancy. Discrepancies refer to missing item/s, receiving an incorrect package or product, or extra items.
1.Kindly check your parcel in front of the delivery man.
2.It is a rare situation but if it happens that you’ve received a defective , extra, or wrong product you have to return the product to our delivery man.
3.Our customer service team will handle the rest. And you will get the right product within a short amount of time.
4. Items that are part of a set or come in a bundle must be returned as a complete set .
5.Concerns must be reported while the delivery man is still in front of you.
6. Once you receive the product from the delivery man and do not report any problem while he is there, unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to return, or exchange the product. Any concerns received after this period will not be accommodated.
7.Sale items are non-refundable/non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or found with any discrepancies.
8.Broken seal, Used, Switched, wrong skin concern, liquid, semi-liquid are not accommodated for return or refund.
9.If you order the wrong item mistakenly ,still you can change with applicable shipping fees with perfect product condition in that case we will ship change items once your item we received & inspected .
10.It will take a total of 5 to 7 working days after all the terms have been compiled .
OUR REFUND POLICY
1. A refund policy will be applicable only when you made the payment but the product(s) is/are out of stock.
2 . In terms of replacement, if the replacement is out of stock only then you can request the fund.
3.A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within 48 hours .
4. In terms of a misplaced or defective product, the product must be sealed, wrapped, intact condition (as delivered).
5.If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 5-7 working days via online banking/mobile banking.
6. If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please inform the delivery man while he is in front of your doorstep and contact us and we will provide support right away.
